Can anyone help me solve this problem?** A: Yup that guy above me is correct. It was extremely hard for me the first few days. Legs were sore and now that they’re stronger because of this machine I can do it for an hour. This isn’t like the gym elliptical, it feels like you’re actually running without the hard impact. btw I’m 6 foot 380lbs using this thing for anyone that cares. Excellent machine **Q: "niceday elliptical trainer is 90% pre-assembled, old and females can finish installation within 30 mins..." yikes** A: YIKES INDEED, how is everyone "answering" this earnestly without seeing how effed up it is?! "old and females" YIKES change your wording, niceday **Q: I live in a small house, what is the footprint of this machine?** A: about 2 ft wide and 4 ft long on the ground. in the air, the length is going to be another 2ft more or a total of 6 ft fot length as the handles and pedals move forward and back. this is a relatively small footprint. the machine solid and quiet and ours does not move around on our tile floor. hope this fits your requirements. good luck! : ) **Q: What is the difficulty level? I am 65-year-o female and tried a commercial elliptical at a gym and it was difficult on lowest level. Thank you.** A: it really depends on how out of shape you are. I am 58 year old male and overweight. When I started I could only do up to 15 minutes on the lowest resistance and went slow. A month later after using it up to 5 times a week I can go 45 minutes at the lowest resistance with a slight speed increase. I watch TV to take my mind off of what I am doing ## Frequently Bought Together - Niceday Elliptical Machine, Elliptical Exercise Machine for Home with Hyper-Quiet Magnetic Driving System, Elliptical Trainer with 15.5IN-18IN Stride, 16 Resistance Levels, 400LBS Loading Capacity - MOTIONTEX Fitness Equipment Mat - ProsourceFit Puzzle Exercise Mat ½ in, EVA Interlocking Foam Floor Tiles for Home Gym, Mat for Home Workout Equipment, Floor Padding for Kids, 24 in x 24 in x ½ in --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.kr/products/352594974-niceday-elliptical-machine-elliptical-exercise-machine-for-home-with-hyper](https://www.desertcart.kr/products/352594974-niceday-elliptical-machine-elliptical-exercise-machine-for-home-with-hyper) --- *Product available on Desertcart South Korea* *Store origin: KR* *Last updated: 2026-10-14*
