These hooks go slide into curtain material (pleats) nicely and do not make huge holes when you do. Very sturdy hooks and well built. I bought 2 and glad I did for my curtain and drapes hanging project. I do not know yet if they will rust easily but I'm hoping not. Seem to be pretty solid and not flimsy.
