can i use it directly over the drywall to seal or better after tape/texture b4 painting?

If you are waterproofing to install tile, I do not believe drywall is strong enough to support tile. The product itself is an excellent product.

Yes it’s excellent for walls before you install the ceramic

Probably not. This is formulated to be applied over cement board. Not sure it wouls stick well to tile.
