## Questions & Answers

**Q: Can you separate and use just one rack, or is the base one solid unit?**
A: The base is a solid unit. You cannot use the single one rack only

**Q: Can this be installed pointing either direction?  The pictures show it for a cabinet on the right, but we might need it on the left.**
A: The space-aide pullout spice racks are intended to run from back to front of your cabinet so when the door is opened the rack pulls straight out of the cabinet, therefore, it can be installed on the right or left side of the cabinet. I started on the left side of my cabinet and installed multiple sets.

**Q: I do not see "plastic release levers" to remove the metal base. Where are these located?**
A: Turn it up side down and pull the rack out as far as it wii go. You should see a little flipper like lever. I can't remember which direction to move it but the directions will have it. You have to squeeze abd and slide at the same time.

**Q: The two tier rack, is it 10 inches to the top of the bar, or after you put a full bottle of spice on top rack?**
A: 10 inches to the top of the black metal bar in the front and back of the rack.  Spice jars can be of different heights so they can't tell you the height with jars.

Great space saving pull out spice rack! I bought 2 of the double tier ones which gives me 8 shelves total. I bought glass jars to organize my spices and they fit beautifully in the rack. 5 standard jars will fit on each row. They sit side by side and take up very little of my pantry space. I cook a lot so have a variety of spices. They racks glide smoothly & effortlessly and they have a stop, so you can't pull them out to far, yet each row pulls out just enough so that all spices are easily accessed. It looks great too. Love it!
