Pretty good!
I use this along side my propane forge and while both have singed my hair pretty badly, I’d say if you aren’t looking to be fighting the fire, don’t use something like lump charcoal. I’m more of a coast efficiency man, so I’ll just let it burn me. All and all it’s constructed great and works perfectly. I mounted mine onto an old stool (totally not thinking it through when mounting something that would reach a few thousand degrees on wood) with some steel and screws, works good. This is perfect for smaller projects, but if you lean it on something or lay your metal on top of a massive mound of coal you could get bigger ones to work, just make sure to bring a shield, the air out put throws sparks up if you’re using lump coal. Seriously, if you don’t wanna get your hair burnt, holes seared into your pants no matter how many you have on, or have a make-out session with flying sparks, use some cleaner coal like coke. It’s more money, and I’d rather suck face with something burning my lips than spend an extra 20-30 dollars, but if that’s something you don’t wanna do you can get better coal.

Crude, small, but does the job!
If you're expecting a highly finished piece of first-world industrial craftsmanship, this may not be for you. However, if you want a very portable, effective, tiny forge that fires up quickly for small projects, demos, etc. this thing is the nuts! Will easily reach welding temp (for smaller projects), can double as a cook stove with the folding pot supports, and otherwise, handy enough that one could (almost!) backpack with it! Obviously, not a forge for swords, gates, felling axes. and may work some mods to it after more use but this forge definitely will fill a niche for me. (Have been smithing since the 1980's and have several modern and historic-type forges of varying sizes).

This product is exactly as advertised
I unboxed this forge today and it was well packaged; for a mini forge it is a good buy. It has a pretty large bowl that is cast iron; The blower works well with everything put together; that is also cast. This is a great forge for small projects and you could use the bowl on a larger forge but the blower is only for when its put together. The blower will not work for a larger forge you will need a bigger blower. I'm very pleased with this product. So I fired up this forge today and I love this thing, i threw some coal in it and if I wanted to i could have forge welded with this little thing it's awesome

Not worth the price
Handle broke after one use. Very hard to get coal or wood hot enough for smithing. Do not recommend.

Good starter
It is a nice little forge. If you get it you need locking washers as the bowl and blower will come loose from the base while operating it. But it makes a great starting forge.

AMAZING
I purchased this forge for my home shop. I honestly didn't expect very much because frankly it wasn't expensive and I think it may also be made in China. So, my expectations weren't very high. I just needed something for some small blacksmith type projects. Well boy was I fooled. This is an old style hand crank forge. It isn't very large at all but when you get this little powerhouse going, you'll have heat for days! It works amazingly well. I just wish the forge bowl was bigger but aside from that, for a small home forge, you won't go wrong buying this little monster. I was very pleasantly surprised and I'm sure you will be also.

Tiny with a poorly built blower assembly
It's very small comes with an open ended wrench the wrench is 12 and 13mm however the bolts that came with it are 10mm. The hand blower works but sounds like it's already worn out. I don't expect it to last long. The Bowl is sturdy but small it will be just big enough to heat small knives. It's very disappointing I will share images once I have it in use

Worked okay...
It's a small and functional crank forge, not super expensive but not exactly high quality. Had the crank in mine lock up permanently after a few months of infrequent use, but while it worked it was a fun little forge.

We've always used a propane forge, charcoal is more challenging.

Funktion ist gegeben mit der richtigen kohle und Zeit , nur für kleine Sachen

Funktioniert wie beschrieben, muss nur vor Inbetriebnahme gut geölt werden

Considering it's size it was fun to make small projects, it was easy to carry and set up and easy to light using charcoal, and was ready to forge in a short time.
