Using for plantar fascitis. Gets super cold in freezer so no worries there. Fits the fat cankles of a middle aged overweight woman no problems. Pretty tough so far.

Well-made and comfortable to wear, but it doesn’t stay cold for as long as I’d like. I’ve been using it to help with pain from Achilles tendonitis, and it definitely provides relief — just not for very long before it starts to warm up. I’d recommend leaving it in the freezer for at least 3 hours before use to get the best results.

Great! Bought an xl pair as size 11 plates of meat!...Really easy to get on. No messing about with velcro. Stay cold for good 30 mins after day in freezer. Thick material. Use due to ease Neuropathy pins and needles in feet. Recommended. Haven't tried as heated as cold suits me better.

I love the idea of this, however the performance isn't great. The guide that comes with it says to micowave it for 10 seconds and then if it needs any more heating, do so in 5 second intervals. Well after 2-3 minutes of doing this it was eventually warm but only in some places and cold in others. The instructions say to only then wear it for 15-20 minutes at a time, but within 12 minutes it was cold. I've not yet tried it in the freezer though, this may be much more effective for cooling but I really need the heat.

Excellent! much easier coverage of whole foot than the velcro boot shaped pack. Very comfortable to use.

I was worried that putting it on would be painful but it wasn't. Didn't feel to tight but help foot comfortably. Chilled very quickly and kept cold enough for the 10 mins per hour required. No more trying to get a bag of frozen peas into position. And looking forward to it doubling up as a wine cooler once recovered, hehe

It is really comfy on. You are instructed to put it in the refrigerator, which we did. It wasn't very cold and warmed up in minutes. Then we tried it in the freezer - it got so cold it was painful, but still it warmed up quickly. I'm sad because it does feel very good on my ankle, but I have had to go back to old fashioned ice packs. I do want to mention that the company responded to my review and has been very responsive and offered another product. I would happily buy from them again. Good customer support is almost non-existent these days! Bravo to this company!
