Useful and flawless
So far no mistake in the product. No leaks, or lod problems. I have already prepared two Kaanji recipes using this fermenter

Perfect starter jar for small-batch fermentation — easy to use and clean
I used this jar for a batch of kimchi and also tried making kanji. The airlock works well, no leaks so far, and the glass material is solid and easy to clean. If you’re careful about not overfilling and wash the lid parts properly, this jar does its job. Would recommend to anyone starting with small ferments
