Hard to assemble arms
There were two boxes - a big box with the parts for the chair and a small box with the parts for two arms. It took about ten minutes to put the chair together (without the arms) and no tools were required. The arms, however, had no instructions and needed a hex key and other tools that that were not supplied. There were more bolts than I needed and in two different sizes - I had to work out what to use through trial and error. The holes on the parts did not quite line up and it took an hour of struggling to put the arms together. Once assembled the chair looked okay but in use it is not particularly comfortable. There isn't nearly enough padding and the seat and back feel uncomfortably hard to me. It fits nicely under my desk with the arms folded down. Maybe I will get used to it.

Fine for 12-18 months, but then.....
The chair has been very comfortable until now, but after less than a year the seat began to show signs of wear. Now, after 2 years, there are numerous "cracks" in the leather-feel surface of the seat and two holes where the seat presses down onto two large bolts. You can obviously pay a lot more for office chairs, but surely the chair should last longer than 2 years.....?
