Hard to control.
This does work, but it's not pretty. First the gauge has too wide a range. To properly use a keg you need very little pressure which hard to see on a 60 psi gauge. Second the regulator does not have very precise control which a bad combination with a gauge with such a wide range.

Won’t restrict pressure
First time I used it everything when well, drink poured and even got a nice head from it. Very next time I used it, as soon as I screwed in the cartridge the regulator didn’t restrict any of the pressure and released the entire contents of the cartridge into the keg forcing the relief valve to start.

I loved that you could regulate the pressure, but there was always a slow leak no matter how I tightened the ball valve to the regulator.
