If you struggle with UTI this may be an option for you to try. Got these for a family member who is fed up with constant UTI's. After 1 week of taking, she is not dealing with the pain and discomfort. So far she is very happy with the results. Would recommend anyone dealing with constant UTI to give it a try. This is a game changer!!! Oh my gosh, I have frequent urinary tract infections. I’ve worked too many years in retail where “holding it” became a common practice …now I’m paying the price. My body has become resilient to most antibiotics. In desperation I asked GROK for the best urinary probiotic with the most positive reviews. Presto!! My systems are gone and I have NEVER felt better!! Please try these, you will not regret it.

As a probiotic this wreaked havoc on my GI tract for 3 days~ then Nothing. When I say wreaked I mean like I was doing a cleanse. Burning was involved. As UT relief, it's been amazing. Life changing relief. To give you background, I've been taking ProB's for years. Had a GI surgery a year ago that threw everything off & now I must take them. Another side effect of the surgery is, if things stop moving, causes an unbelievable pain on my bladder, which cranberry juice/Cystex helps. I can count on one hand how many UTI's I've had in my life. Now it feels like all the ones I missed out on are ganging up on me. So while l am beyond grateful for the bladder/kidney relief, it's creating a double edged sword that the actual ProB is a fail. Too weak to keep things moving so the feeling of being doubled over returns. Tried going back to my old ProB & bladder pain returns. So I supplement this one with cider vinegar & water or, TruWild's powder to water. An avocado @ day also does the trick. Disappointed bc I've used Garden of Life ProB before & they were amazing. Seems like the ProB was compromised for the cranberry. I'm taking the win with the bladder relief bc that is the more urgent need. So if you need UT/Bladder relief & want the added bonus of a ProB, This is exactly what you're looking for.

Size is capsule is too large. Encasing it in capsule helps product to not get wasted by gastric juices. Can't take it without capsule now. And swallowing it is a task.
