I love how this book simplified EVERYTHING and clarified the purpose of strength training(also though you how its just not the same thing as body building). There are easy to follow training programs that range from introductory to advance. the addition of easy instructions on how to do the exercises properly just makes this so much more informative. With this book, it seems there's little to no need for me to hire a personal trainer, it seems i can follow the programs and guidelines of the book and get results. When Im done completing the entire program, i will come back and provide a second review on wheater or not the book was effective for me and to what degree.

Loved this book thank you I am missing training with all the gyms being shut at the moment. Focusing on making myself more informed on the subject. Plenty of photos in the book to explain proper form if you're worried.
