I’ve been using this probiotic for a while now and I’m really happy with it. The capsules are easy to take and gentle on the stomach. I like that it has multiple strains and a high CFU count, which makes it feel like a complete supplement for vaginal and digestive health. After taking it consistently, I noticed I feel more balanced and comfortable. The bottle is also well packaged and easy to store. Overall, a great product and I would definitely purchase it again.

As an older woman, I have fallen in love with this balance complex. It helps with my pH levels that flora and my urinary track health. Honestly, what more could you want? This also is one that’s gonna help with odor east balance y’all this is all in one wellness plan. I find that it has an upset my stomach. It’s easy to take and it’s like having 17 different vitamins, all in one place which as a mom, it has to be easy for me to use it and this is!

Very useful capsules if you are suffering from UTI and vaginal odor. Smells good and worth to buy it

This is a LONG review, but hopefully my story helps someone else out there! About 5 1/2 months ago I very suddenly had vaginal irritation noticed by itching, discharge and discomfort in the form of burning sensations while having sex (I am 32 years old and married so am only having sex with my husband). I went to the doctor a few days later and was treated with oral flucanazole as the doctor said she saw some yeast under the microscope. After no result from that, I went back in and she treated me with oral metronidazole as she said she saw some bacteria. After another week and no relief from symptoms, I was then treated with metonidazole gel. I then ended up with cottage yeast like discharge and a yeast infection so was with treated with clotrimazole. The cottage cheese discharge went away, but I still had irritation, itching and yellow discharge. After about six weeks of this issue I was finally able to get in to see my regular doctor. She suspected BV still, I had a wet mount confirming that, and was then treated with two rounds of oral clindamycin (two because I called back in after the first one sort of helped, but didn’t get rid of my symptoms completely). It was not a concern, but to cross it off the list, she also tested for chlamydia and gonorrhea, both of which came back negative. I then waited a few weeks to see if my body would balance back out after being on some many antibiotics and started taking a daily probiotic. After the same issues (irritation, itching and significant discharge) continued, I called back into my doctor and they wanted to prescribe oral clindamycin again. I asked to try the clindamycin cream instead to try a different method. The cream was by far what I got the best results from. At one point, I was completely symptom free for four days (no discharge, no itching, no irritation), but then I got my period and within a 12 hour period, my vagina was red, swollen, itchy and extremely irritated. After my period, I had another treatment of clindamycin cream left so I finished that treatment after the discharge came back. I saw my doctor again shortly after that. She had a wet mount performed on the sample. The wet mount said no yeast, no trichomonads and no bacteria but a very high amount of white blood cells. At this point, I wasn’t looking for another antibiotic because I have been on so many the past few months. I was really just hoping to find out if there is still yeast or bacteria present, which according to the wet mount there is not, but the information about a high white blood cell count has got me concerned. My doctor told me my discharge would be considered normal and there’s nothing else they would suggest for me at this point besides to continue to monitor it. It was at this point, I came across Balance Complex and decided to give it a try. I've been taking the supplement for about 6 weeks and can't say that it definitively has resolved all issues because I still have discharge and some occasional irritation, but I have seen improvements (less discharge and less irritation) since I started taking the supplement. For that reason, I will continue to take it!

I purchased my first bottle back in September. These were a lifesaver. Literally! I couldn’t believe I finally found something to make me feel confident in that area again. This month my subscription order came in. The first thing I noticed that they were more a pinker color, versus brownish?! Which prompted me to read the reviews again to see was anyone else having the same issues/concerns—which they were! They are not effective like the first bottle I purchased. So, I returned them, and ordered another bottle with hopes to possibly receive “the brown ones” since’they seemed to be more efficient’ BUT they were pink again! Sigh…I tried two pills for two days, and it seem like the smell is worse down there! Yes, before I wrote this review, I reached out to the company via phone and email. The person on the phone told me to go to the website and leave feedback. I gave 3 stars, bc this product really does what is supposed to do. However, I’m unsure if the company change the ingredients. I’m very devastated, because I finally found something that worked for me, but now it doesn’t. I really don’t want to give up on this company/product, because I know that they work. Literally, I noticed a difference in an hour of taking them. But I refuse to keep spending almost 50 bucks for something that no longer works.

This product works so well for me at first I was super skeptical but then when I bought it everything just changed… because to know you’re ph balance is off an you’re not doing something to get rid of that scent hmmm .. but I’m not gate keeping this ladies if you know you get that scents down there occasionally I think you need this
