I've owned the knifes for a week. What I like the most is they're so light-weight. I don't cook much. Whenever I need to prep a lot of ingredients it puts quite a bit pressure on my wrist. Don't know how much longer they'll stay sharp but right now they work very well. I already have another set of Kyocera ceramic knives, but my husband chipped one of them by cutting meat with bone. Never do that! I didn't want to spend a lot of money again on ceramic knives like Kyocera. This knife set is very inexpensive compared to Kyocera. Though they are not as sharp as Kyocera, they work fine on cutting vegetables and fruits and the cost is like 1/10 (I forgot exactly, but Kyocera was very expensive I recall) of Kyocera price.
