It's very tedious though & if removing yourself, you'll need to get the tool as well. Which to me, honestly resembles a small pair of needle nose pliers lol. You spray 1 or 2 bonds at a time & then take the tool to mash the bond & it kinda breaks it down & will slide out. I held my hair at the root while doing a gentle tug of the extention piece that I was removing (after the bond is broken down). Hope this helps! Good luck **Q: What is ingredients** A: It says in the description that it is an alcohol-based formula, that's all I could find regarding ingredients.
