My new favorite cookie! They were out of this at the store when I was getting delivery a couple days ago, so I got the chocolate chip and oatmeal versions, which also have a less sweet and more natural less synthetic quality and flavor, which I like, but they’re nothing compared to this one - the ginger is so much better. But you really have to like Ginger None of them are bad. It’s a great brand and I’ve liked everything I tried, but the chocolate chip cookies are kind of dry and I don’t know nothing special and the oatmeal raisin ones are good. I like the thieves are smallish cookies and I just eat one at night. That’s all I need for my sweet tooth. These ginger ones, though I love the texture. They are kind of thin, but I like that they soften up after a second and even though you can’t tell by looking at it because it is rather thin, it is totally filled on every little nibble with a teeny piece of candy, ginger perfectly diced, and I love that chewy texture of it. They’re not too soft, but they’re not full on crunchy. It’s a really good balance. I find it very satisfying with just one cookie that I nibble really slowly and savor it and it’s totally satisfying. It’s definitely more ginger than other ginger snaps. If you don’t like on his own in the natural form like if you don’t like real ginger, beer soda, you might not like these. But I prefer that. Inside the package, there are two individually wrapped portions of cookies that are in a little plastic tray. So it helps keep it fresher longer. Again, though, it might get a little more moist and chewy once it’s open because of moisture in the air, but I like that.
