VE-500 Vocal Performer

Q: Can i output 1 xlr cable, or do i have to output 2 into a mixer?

You can use a single xlr to the mixer. I use a single feed to the mixer and the second output to my in ear monitor (IEM) amp.

Q: VE-500 plugged in to audio interface 2i2 and there is no sound. The directions only show a mixer and midi. Does not say Audio interface.

I’d have to see a picture of the connections.

Q: I am a vocalist but I don't play guitar. Will this unit be lost on this application? I'm looking for a high quality vocal processor

I believe you have to have a musical instrument (guitar or keyboard) in order for the processor to determine the harmonies. A backing track may work.

Q: In the manual on page 18 it says "view the 'parameter guide' and 'midi implementation chart' (pdf)" - where is the 'midi implementation chart' pdf ?
