Anthony's Premium White Rice Flour, 3 lb, Gluten Free, Non GMO

I am so thankful I discovered this flour, I use SO much of it! I have severe MCAS & can only eat 6 foods. I eat a LOT of rice waffles every day, this flour helps me do that. I do mix it with Anthony's Brown Rice Flour, some protein powder, & baking powder. I use a Belgian waffle maker with some cooking spray, otherwise it sticks BAD. But the recipe I've put together gives me thick, fluffy waffles! I've also used it for baking cookies, muffins, & pressing crepes for tortilla substitutes. It's not going to be as fluffy & crumbly as other flours, but I'm not allergic to this one so I'm happy! 😀 The bag is smaller than their brown rice flour, which is a little disappointing to me with the price. But it's gluten free! Here is my waffle recipe, it makes a HUGE batch so adjust accordingly! 4 cups brown rice flour 4.5 cups white rice flour 1.5 cups brown rice protein powder 3 Tbsp baking powder

I’m a novice using rice flour, but this is working perfectly for my needs.

I was having trouble finding this anywhere else. This was perfect for dusting the baskets for sourdough bread which is my reason for buying it. Unfortunately I don’t have a picture or video because I already dumped it in its container. Taste: Doesn’t leave a funny taste on the bread. Flour quality: Prevented the dough from sticking and doesn’t prevent the dough from rising by adding to it.

I use Anthony’s for all of my gluten free baking. Comes out great every time.

Quality product but had to move to another brand. This wasn’t fine enough for my baking needs. I wish they made a superfine version.
