the toy itself is fine and the package itself will end up coming off anyway HOWEVER, this was a gift and there is no reason the cardboard should be splitting,bent, creased ect. IF this was a gift for my own kid, I wouldn't have cared however, it is a gift for my nephew, and it looks like someone stored this item like crud! like i said, the package will come off when my nephew opens his gifts but im a big gifter and presentation means a lot to me when im gifting. overall i'll rate the condition of the packaging a 3/5 but the toy itself is a 5/5.
