God tier product
Steve Jobs is legendary creating the iPhone, McLaren 720s is a legendary supercar, this product is truly legendary. The smell is incredible, after the product is applied your hair does have a strong all day hold but with a soft feeling unlike a lot of products that make your hair stiff. The end result looks natural with absolute zero shine with the benefit of making hair look thick, this also washes off hands with ease. Mattifier will be my new go to product and excited to try the rest of the line up from Dear Barber. Revolutionary!

Great well made stuff
Great product especially for fine soft hairI have thick hair but the strands themselves are fine and being a cosmetologist I like a product that is light, malleable, thickens the hair, has very high gold and lasts all day in all weather. This is great stuff and I've tried and tested over 400+ products.

Best hair product I've found
I used to use Kevin Murphy "gritty business" but it was discontinued. I tried multiple products and in my opinion this is the best alternative. It has a good matt finish and the perfect consistency allowing you to style your hair without it looking shiny or greasy.

Good stuff, but I think I got a badly mixed batch
Works very well. I would recommend getting the travel size sampler pack to see which of the different type fits your needs. The only reason I'm giving this 4 stars vs 5 is due to the fact that the travel size I bought first to try was super smooth and mixed well. This larger version of the same thing is not mixed up very well as in has chunks in it. I end up rubbing it in my palm first to identify the chunks and then remove before applying. Otherwise well... those chunk look like massive flakes of dandruff, so... not great. Maybe I just got an old container as the sample size was perfect? Even with this setback I still really like this product and do recommend.

Product was used and there was a hair in it.
I opened the product and there was a big glob taken out. Obviously pre-opened. And a hair was in the wax. Absolutely disgusting. Do not buy.
