Plug and play. Installation was a breeze. Good product. Works as it should

Exactly the part I needed, perfect fit, and a good value. I imagine I could have bought the fan separately, and wrapped some foam insulation around it for maybe half the price, but samsung wants over $150 for the same part, which is essentially a PC case fan. It operates silently so far, although thew refrigerator seemed to chill down more slowly with the new fan than it did when the old fan was in working order. I'm not sure if this relates to the RPMs of the original vs this part, but this works and saved me big bucks. Installation was simple, rewquiring relatively straight forward refrigerator disassembly - more a comment on Samsung and their treatment of this part as a consumable, to be replaced relatively frequently - but the fact is it's simple to install so do not be deterred by the prospect of appliance repair at least in this case.

My Samsung Refridgrator stopped cooling as the fan was not working. I checked the Samsung website for the replacement and on that the fan was listed for aprox $100+ so I checked on Amazon the same kind of fan was listed for $20. I opted for this one as replaced the old one with this one.So far the fan is working fine but a little bit more noiser than the previous one. Lets see how long it is going to last but this one is cheap and if this one goes bad I will order the same one again.

Great price, saved me a couple hundred bucks on a service call. Part fit like a glove and it’s working perfectly. Easy repair for anyone who has basic hand tool knowledge and having a part that works & fits makes it a very rewarding experience!

We have a Samsung French Door refrigerator (w/ bottom freezer drawer). Previously, we often had to run the Forced Defrost cycle mode, which stopped "fan clicking" sounds - due to ice buildup. As snowbirds, the unit was not opened, for over 6 months. When we returned, the fridge no longer would cool below 50 degrees. It appears that the circulation fan had failed, again due to ice buildup leading to a burnt out fan By using this ~$20 replacement fan, the fridge again cools normally. Note there are online videos, showing how to remove the interior trays. I found the bottom tray to be a real challenge. Still a fairly easy replacement (fan) The fan is an exact replacement, seemingly well made.

This is the noisiest fan ever. Whomever said it is quiet needs their hearing checked. Honestly it is LOUD!
