Disappointing
I need sleep buds that will play audiobooks, music, etc. at night and I am a side-sleeper. I have tried many incarnations of a sleep bud, and these seemed like the answer. However, I have ended up being very disappointed.I received these last October as a gift. Right away I could tell there was something wrong with the left earbud. The left bud lost connection and power much faster than the right earbud. They got sent back and the company sent me a new set without much fuss.The earbuds are relatively comfortable. (I have small ear canals.) The audio quality is ok, but I'm not overly concerned with that when I just need to play something to help me fall asleep. The battery life is AWFUL. I have had to keep a backup pair of earbuds because if I wake up in the middle of the night (which I do every night), these are dead. They last maybe an hour and a half if I am lucky.Fast forward to 3-4 months ago and I started having problems again. Left earbud would just drop the connection randomly. Things have gotten progressively worse since then. Now the left earbud drops the connection immediately and the right earbud follows soon after. I cannot get them to charge fully no matter how long I leave them plugged in. This weekend, the app told me both earbuds were charged to 80%, but when I tried putting them in and playing something, they both dropped immediately. The app then said the left was at 0% and the right only at 40%.I have tried all the tips and tricks and nothing has helped. I sent customer service a message a couple of weeks ago and haven't received a reply of any kind. These earbuds are not worth it. The last thing I need when trying to go to sleep is to fight with my earbuds. And this is now a constant problem when I can get them to work at all.DO NOT BUY

Stopped working almost immediately
These were the most comfortable earbuds I e ever worn. Unfortunately the right earbud stopped working after a couple of uses. Customer service sent me a replacement and this time the left earbud stopped working after one use. Now the charging unit won’t pair at all. Customer service isn’t responding anymore. I wouldn’t trust this company.
