If anyone has purchased the gray colored one, is it easy to keep the outside clean, or does it get dirty quickly?

I haven't cleaned mine, have carried it all over, and it doesn't look dirty. If that helps. And mine is the light gray one. Only downside is the cording along the seams on the bottom, the gray has worn off -- so there is brown showing thru. And I use it, but I'm not hard on it.

I assume that the dimensions given are the external ones. What is the internal capacity (sise) of this item? Thanks.

I don't know the actual dimensions but I did recently take this bag on a plane. I fit two clear makeup bags, a travel jewelry case 6x6, two sets of headphones (not earbuds) and several other medium sized miscellaneous items. I was very happy with bag as I purposely purchased it for my trip.

Will this fit an ipad pro 12?

The backpack size is (L) 12.20 x (W) 5.91 x (H) 12.60 inches, i think it can't fit ur ipad.

When wearing as a shoulder bag does it look weird with the backpack straps hanging?

I don’t carry it as a shoulder bag all that often and when I do, it’s only temporarily - it’s meant as a backpack. If I’m just running in to pay for my gas, I might not go to the trouble of wearing it as a backpack and will use the shoulder strap since it’s easier to just grab it and go. I don’t think it looks weird with the backpack straps hanging.

Not what I was expecting

This was not what I was expecting. The way it opens, it's a lot smaller than I was expecting. Had to send back 2 times as I kept getting the wrong color sent. Not excited about this purchase.
