I have always tried to avoid sugar. Not only because it can be fattening but also, I love sweet things, so the amount of sweetener I put in my coffee, for example, can be excessive. So my choices were to cut back on sweet things (not likely!) or find a healthier choice. The Wholesome Organic Stevia here is not too much unlike what you might find in a packet or at a store, but for some reason this one is much better. First off, a small amount is very sweet, so I can enjoy my coffee with only a little bit added. It's also natural, so I know if I do use too much it isn't going to be bad for me. If you are diabetic, I believe this is a sweetener that won't impact you (I'm not a doctor, so please consult your physician for real advice). I know some people think it has a "chemical" taste, even though it's natural. I have to say perhaps initially I might have noted that, but then after using it for a few days I found that taste went away. So my suggestion is to give it a try for a week and see what you think. For me, the benefits for my sweet tooth made it worth it.

Very very good. As a diabetic, this product fits the formula when I need a sugar substitute.

great buy/ value for money

I’ve been using these sweetener packets for years. One packet provides a good amount of sweet taste. The packets are made of a nice paper that holds up well in your handbag or lunch bag. This product does contain erythritol which is a mild concern for me but the ease of having sweetener available on the go outweighs that for me.

These work well and sweeten just fine with no strong Stevia flavor. But it takes two packets to sweeten the same as one Stevia/monk fruit combo packet.

So far, this is the best tasting stevia sweetener for me. No bitterness aftertaste.
