This product is insane. Love True Botanicals, this is a stunning product. I started using because traditional cleansers and washes were leaving my skin so dry and irritated. Was recommended by an esthetician and what an amazing purchase. I leave mine in the shower and it’s such a luxurious and bright smell, the feel of the cleanser is truly a balm. I wish it was a moisturizer! It’s so beautiful I can’t possibly recommend higher!

This cleansing balm is very gentle and feels great on the skin. It removes makeup easily and leaves my face soft and moisturized, not dry or tight. It has a smooth texture and rinses off clean. My skin feels calm and clean after using it, making it a great choice for dry or sensitive skin.

I like this cleansing balm overall — it feels nice on the skin and leaves my face soft and refreshed. The scent is pleasant too, which makes the experience even nicer. But I’m still not completely sure how well it removes makeup on a deeper level. It takes off the surface layer, but I can’t tell if it really cleans out the pores or if some residue stays behind. I also wouldn’t say it’s super economical — I need a decent amount each time to feel like it’s working. Because of that, I’d recommend using it as part of double cleansing: first the balm, then a gentle face wash, just to make sure everything is fully removed.

I have been using this product for over a year now and i can say that i have not experienced any breakouts from it and my skin always feels so clean and soft! I use every night as my first wash to remove all makeup or even if i just wear sunscreen and then u use my face wash and my skin has been the best its been in years! For reference i have acne / combo skin.

This stuff is amazing at removing makeup and sunscreen. It says you don’t need to follow up with a water based cleanser but I like to anyway. Expensive but worth it.
