It mixes well in cold or warm water. I add 1/2 a packet to my mint tea and it gives good flavor as well as benefits. Ever heard of the Starbucks medicine ball tea? The taste is great- fresh and like a citrus blast in your cheeks. Perks me up. I add an entire packet to a standard- sized water bottle so that I can sip on it throughout the morning.
