Perfect Hair Day 5-in-1 Styling Treatment – Conditions, Smooths, Volumizes, Adds Shine, Heat Protection up to 450°F, 4 oz

Hair type: very baby fine, little longer than chin length, a few highlights. I love love love this styling creme! I'd expect the results I received from this styling product from the salon. The price is quite reasonable, too. I washed my hair and conditioned it as usual (and I'm certainly going to try out the LP shampoos and conditioners now), towel-dried, then I combed out my hair. Next I let it dry just a little where it was still damp but not wet (I think this is important to any styling product). I thoroughly worked the LP through my hair from roots to ends, using my fingers-massaging it in the hair well. It felt as if my hair was becoming "thicker" - in that way when a product really binds to the hair I suppose. I then combed it through. Next, I blew dried my hair with a round brush, just going for that straight, smooth, and shiny look. And boy did I get it! My hair looked amazing! Super shiny, and super smooth, and soft as silk. I swung my head back and forth and my hair did that swinging thing it does when my stylist styles my hair--something I'd been unable to recreate until LP. My baby fine hair was smooth, soft, silky, shiny, but at the same time it had a little volumne to it so it didn't look thin. No fly-aways - a perfect fall of silky shiny hair. The scent as you pull it through your hair is nice - not perfumy or "50s grandmother" - and as you add heat to it when blow-drying, the scent changes to something more soft and subtle and very nice. It doesn't linger so that you are bothered by it all day. Winner. Now, the next morning, after going out last night and then sleeping on it, it still looks amazing. I just pulled a brush through it and it fell exactly as before, and is still silky, smooth, and shiny. I can't say enough good things about this product. I'm going to combine it with my root lifter and another styling product and see how it does when I use my heated wand to create those beachy waves. But, for when I want a super smooth shiny straight look, this living proof 5-in-1 is all I need and does the job perfectly. This bottle will last me a while, too - a bargain.

I just wanted to leave this review for anyone else confused like I was. I made my order during black Friday and received my 5-in-1 styling treatment. The bottle was different than the old style, but everything else appears the same. Same old smell, formula and great results. It lasts me forever, smells wonderful. Leaves my hair feeling clean, mean and ready to style. No greasiness, no stickiness, no mess. Love this product and will continue to use!

This is a great product for fine hair. It's not heavy or greasy feeling and makes my hair soft while adding volume.

I love the way this product works on my hair… It’s full of body, shiny, soft, and the cream enhances my natural curls. Bonus: it smells wonderful. What I don’t love is the price… hence 4 stars instead of 5.

I am OBSESSED with this product!! It leaves my hair looking and feeling so soft and shiny. Will definitely be purchasing again. And you only need a little bit to get the incredible results!!

I have super fine hair that gets greasy if I breathe wrong so I've never even considered leave in products but I got a mini version of this in a set and I was blown away. Used it once and immediately ordered a full size. I don't go a hair wash day without it.

Best hair product I've ever used. I did a lot of research on which hair product would suit my hair the best and then I bought a few to try - this one was the best. It seems like a pretty small bottle but I've had this for almost a year. I am just now down to my last couple uses as the bottle is almost empty but I am about to repurchase it. My hair is between wavy and straight, but I like it better wavy and this product gives me that look. I don't use any hot hair tools or do anything special - just shampoo, condition, and then use this product while my hair is still wet. I bend over and let my hair fall while I scrunch this product up into my hair which helps give me the waves. When my hair dries it is frizz-free and it really has nice defined wavy locks. I get the best results when my hair is actually wet though, so I make sure not to squeeze too much water out before applying this and I definitely don't use a towel on it. My hair is thick and without any product in it, it would be really big and frizzy. You do have to experiment a bit with this stuff though to find the right amount of product that works for you. If I use too little, then I still get some frizz. If I use too much then my hair just feels crunchy and looks wet like I scrunched my hair with gel.

I discovered this brand some time ago via a beauty box subscription so know how great these products are, albeit expensive. I purchased a travel size version of this styling cream from the bargain bin in a charity shop (yes really) - and was hooked after first use. I have thick wavy/curls in all the wrong places type of hair that can be tough to style in a smooth but bouncy style full of volume and controlled wave. This does everything and more. This is the only product you need to apply directly to damp hair after your wash and condition. It protects against heat, smooths and styles. Pleasant fresh fragrance. I used a little little oil on the finished style to smooth and shine, and that was it. It does not leave the hair greasy, and it retains volume and style for days without stickiness. A sublime product I will order again and again.

Excelente producto, te quita el fritz, y te lo deja super manejables brillos, con poca cantidad. El envase es pequeño para su costo. Pero vale la pena, lo recomiendo. Lo volvería a comprar. Patty M.
