I have tried quite few Keto snack bars including three varieties of Keto Keto bars. Of the Keto Keto bars I have tried, I think the Lemon and Poppy Seed variety is the best. The Banana Bread one is too dry. The Coconut Cashew one is OK. They are all a bit crumbly, so you need a plate to catch the crumbs while eating. They don’t have ingredients like maltitol or maltodextrin, so they don’t spike blood glucose unlike some other “low sugar” snacks. If you are looking for a low carb snack, I can recommend Keto Keto bars. My wife also likes them and she is very picky.

Maybe bit expensive but very tasty and good ingredients. I am buying them all the time. Usually it’s my breakfast 😻
