All 4 jars arrived in good condition, properly packaged and sealed. This is one of the best caramel spread I’ve had, taste and texture are consistent. This is a staple in my pantry and I will continue to purchase this brand.

I opened the box to find dulce de leche spilled in the box. One container has a crack in it. The package has an expiration date of 1/7/24 and there’s a sticker taped on the package (see photo) that says Consume before July 1, 2024. I know that products often last beyond expiration, but the principle of it…I should not receive a product (delivered in April 2024) with a date of January 2024. And as a food product, it’s not returnable. My mom is from Argentina so I was excited to see authentic dulce de leche from Argentina but obviously won’t be able to buy again. Frustrated!
