Q: is this weatherproof for use on an external door exposed to direct rain? Does it have a seal?

I’ve inspired on an external door. It’s under a porch but exposed to the elements. Been using it for a little over a year. So far no issues.

Q: Are the chrome Fingerprints resistant ?

I have the black version of Kwikset Halifax door lever and it is not fingerprint resistant. Fingerprint resistance is not a factor for me when buying a door lever. The description will tell if the chrome version of Kwikset Halifax door lever is fingerprint resistant or not. Read the description properly.

Q: How long is the actual handle portion?

Outside length is 4 5/8", inside length is 3 5/8"

Q: is this "credit card" proof, as in where its not able to be popped open with a credit card?

This lever/lock's susceptibility to opening with a credit card has an awful lot to do with the door. If the lock is placed on a door that opens away from the lock, pretty much ANY lever/lock will be resistant. If the door opens towards the lock, the clearance of the door to the frame, the clearance of the frame's backstop, and the depth alignment of the latch and strike plate all factor in. Assuming your tolerances are pretty tight, I'd say any of the Kwiksets are above average. If you're super concerned about it, get a non-tapered bolt/latch - or get a deadbolt to accompany the door handle.
