New In tank Check valve for air compressor 3/8" comp x 1/2" mpt

Replaced a bad check valve on a Campbell Hausfeld hot dog portable compressor with external bleed. So far, has been working well. Valve was at a good price with timely delivery.

My garage compressor is about 8 years old. When it quit working correctly I started looking for a new one. It was $1000 for one equal to the one I have, so I looked into repair the one I have. $13 dollars was alot better than a $1000. Check valve works great. No leaks and works as it should.

After some research I determined this was the right check valve for my compressor. It was an absolute perfect fit for my Campbell Hausfield 28g 6.25hp (Oil Less) Iron Force Air Compressor Model# WL611700AJ I did not even have to cut the original copper piping as the height was essentially a near perfect match. It will likely work on many other model air compressors but you will need to do your own research to make sure. Great quality, half the price as sold elsewhere online, shipped/ arrived fast and return eligible. Very happy to have my compressor working like new again.

I installed this check valve on an older model Makita air compressor Macair 2200. I did, however, need to drill the inlet bore a little larger to accommodate the existing 3/8 diameter copper tubing. It has worked well for 3 days now.

Needed a replacement check valve on a 2.5 HP 20 gallon upright ToolShop air compressor from Menards. This one fit perfectly and is working well so far. Air Compressor model # AT01108v-20-06

I bought one of these in March of this year for my Coleman compressor. It quit working in 2 months., a month after it is too late to return it. Sad. I'm taking a gamble by buying another one. Just received it and installed it yesterday. It works at this point.

Recently, I was having some issues with my 60 gallon Husky compressor not getting to shutoff pressure, making the unit run constantly. After troubleshooting the cutoff switch, pump head, and motor, I found the cutoff valve to be the culprit. This basically has a one-way valve in it that takes the back pressure off of the pump head when it is filling the tank. My compressor build made it a little challenging to install, but overall it was not impossible. After swapping this part out the compressor finally started working the way it was supposed to. I installed it with teflon tape to seal any potential leaks, and up to this point it has been great. Wish I knew that this part was one of the culprits a long time ago.If your compressor keeps running and doesn’t get above 90 PSI one of these should help fix the problem.

My compressor would not hold the air into the tanks - due to an aged and faulty valve that allowed the air to flow back. No direct replacement valve could be found - but this generic valve functions perfectly. I just made sure that I matched my old valve dimensions to the specs listed in the ad. Just use a ruler to verify the diameters (xx/32") of the male or female points of attachment. An easy $10 fix to an otherwise working compressor.
