Can I use this light for my outside porch?

Not sure. I used them indoors, but i do have a regular ceiling fan with light fixture on my screened porch and its been fine for years. I guess it depends how much moisture would get in the fixture.

Are these fcc certified? or is radio and electrical interference a problem?

While LED lighting products are subject to FCC regulation, certification per se is not required for this device. We have had ours in-place for nearly 18 months, and it is used nearly every day, multiple times a day. With several high-end electronic devices (e.g., 4k televisions, routers, high speed modems) located within 15 ft., we have experienced no problem at all with interference of any type. Excellent light.

4 pack gimbal 5000k 900lumens,13watts -list states 100w incandescent equivalent, then the lower tech info states its a 75w equivalent! what's correct?

The only 5/6-inch plain gimbal (i.e., non-eyeball) light that currently appears on the Torchstar website is 13W (100W equiv.). However, it is sold only as an individual light, and so there is no way to cross-reference identifying numbers between the Amazon and Torchstar webpages. As for the Product Information/Technical Details on the Amazon webpage, there is certainly confusing, even conflicting information --- e.g., “Number of Lights….. 10”, and “Wattage….. 13 Watts”, then, “Wattage….. 10 Watts”. (In my experience, this sort of misinformation is fairly commonplace on Amazon’s website.) Because of this confusion, I suggest that you contact Torchstar directly at 800-990-7688 or info@torchstar.us and provide their rep. with the Amazon ASIN: B01HPD9FDC. This should allow the rep. to immediately view the webpage in-question, and he or she should then be able to answer your question.
