LipsPlus Herbal Healing Lip Balm Cold Sore Remedy All Natural with Shea Butter

I've been using this product for about a week now during my routine skin care twice a day. It doesn't smell like medicine, and is feels kinda silky. Not greasy or sticky at all. I haven't used it during a cold sore yet, but it does seem to improve my dry lips and prevent it from cracking.

I bought this product because I get cold sores and it is herbal and non toxic. I haven't gotten to try it on a cold sore yet but I'm using it as a lip balm and it feels amazing on my lips. It may actually be preventing the cold sores.

Texture is runny with grainy white grainules. Salve will not amalgamate. I just opened this new jar. I know I can not return this. My only option is to order a new one. I certainly will open it as soon as I return it to be sure it is not spoiled.
