If the 50 mg is not enough, you can up the dose to this
I've been taking Nutricost's pregenolone for almost a week, but at their 50 mg/day dose. So far, I have not noticed much of a change, but I know from my reading that you have to be careful to get your dose adjusted and that different people respond differently to pregenolone. Some people can't take it but a few times a week in a very low dose (breaking capsules open and dividing the dose) and others need more. I'm going to continue with the 50 mg for a few more weeks and then up my dose to 100 mg/day. This higher-dose capsule will make that easier. The capsules need to be taken with lots of water.

Marginal benefit and not the greatest price
I've been taking Pregnenolone for many years. It is a chemical that helps in the production of other steroids including those that affect fatigue and others, but the evidence is pretty weak. Pregnenolone by itself is pretty marginal according to the research and in my experience. As a disclaimer, I got this heavily discounted through the Amazon Vine program. I have taken numerous other brands which are quality brands and much cheaper. The cost of this particular Nutricost product is about 50% higher. Weird since the name implies a good cost/price. Considering the marginal benefit, I would seek out a cheaper alternative if I were to take it at all.
