Very useful and comfortable for anyone to carry the infant. Spine supported very well. Baby comfortable. Pillow is very light weight so easy to carry. Thanks to hoopa for making such a product.

Not useful
My wife didn't like it. Especially while feeding she did not want to lose touch with the baby. Small babies cannot latch properly from this. I think it is useful only to carry the baby. Not for feeding. Body to body touch is important during feeding. I ordered it thinking that it would help with her spit ups. For that it is better to elevate the bed than using this.
