My issue is fatigue from medicated depression and anxiety, so keep that in mind when considering effectiveness. I did not notice any change in my energy levels even after using an entire box as directed. I remained sleepy with trouble focusing regardless of getting over 9hrs sleep a night. I also have a track record for being very insensitive to most medications and supplements. If you have more sensitivity than me, this may be worth giving a shot.

For a variety of reasons, I can no longer handle coffee, tea, soda, etc. And thanks to my ADHD meds, thankfully I don't need it like I used to. But some days I still need a little boost, and these are perfect. Since they bypass the GI system, I get none of the negative effects that make me avoid caffeine, and I get a steady extra oopmh in my step all day long. It's amazing. I try not to use them more than 2 days in a row though, because I don't want to build up a tolerance and have them not work anymore.

I think I am very sensitive to this brand. so far I have felt results from all of them. This one packs a punch and it's a bit too much for me. the product gave me the jitters, not energy. I'll stick with my coffee for that. I have to return these.

However, they do tend to leave a sticky residue when you remove them. A little bit of micellar water or rubbing alcohol easily takes care of that. I prefer this brand to The Good Patch because they are clear, smaller, and they stay on better. I also use the B12 Awake patches and the Focus Patches from this brand, and they work great too. Plus, the price point is reasonable considering the quality and the fact that you get two patches in each pack. I wear these with the focus patch, one on each wrist (maybe I shouldn't but YOLO). I love them. I used to wear a different brand focus patch, and they're not waterproof so they come off much easier. This brand STICKS! At first, they kind of hurt to pull off but I'm used to it and don't even care! If you wear a long sleeve shirt, it will collect lint around the edge of the sticker, but I take a cotton ball and alcohol and rub it off easily. They are totally waterproof as well. I accidentally left one on in the shower and it didn't budge. The energy one sometimes makes my skin red, and maybe the first few times a tiny bit tingly, but it went away for me. Again, the "negatives" are totally worth the reward for me! 10/10 recommend!

First of all, they are REALLY hard to peel away from the backing. But most importantly, they don't work AT ALL. I've been struggling with persistent fatigue ever since menopause and really had high hopes for this product. Nothing. But at least the patch didn't irritate my skin. Waste of money for me.
