Can this be used with Bromine tablets & Foamaway?

Yes. But make sure the spa bromine/chlorine levels are good first and that the filter is clean. Your cloudy water is due to suspended micro particles the filter cannot trap. Then add this product and let filter pump run on slow overnight or up to 48hrs depending on level of cloudiness - clean filter after. This product allows microscopic particles that the filter cannot trap bind together into larger particles that the filter can trap - hence the need for some time to circulate and trap them - and the need to clean filter before and after. Never mix chemicals - do one chemical process at a time. After getting clarity you might want to do the anti-foam if you need it.
