There is a release valve inside the suction cap to allow air to enter the bag releasing pressure and then opening the zip slide as with a regular baggie. And of course, you can vacuum the air out once again to reuse.

I don’t have vacuum. Can I still use them?

You definitely can. The pump is added to remove air from the bag. It just takes some energy and time to pump it out.

Will this help when you roll up a tent and it’s too bulky for the bag?
