I bought 2 to get the effect needed. There are 3 layers of soft netting (not scratchy stiff tulle) attached to an extremely scratchy stiff (aka cheap) wide ribbon. It is really a half-skirt, reaching only hip to hip unless you are really, really skinny. Except for the waistband ribbon, it is a quick, inexpensive and pretty item to upgrade an outfit as shown in some review pics. I cut 2 layers off one half-skirt and sewed them together to make one round skirt, added thousands of hotfix crystals, sewed a new waistband on and it now graces the skirts of my daughter's many formals and costumes, moving from skirt to skirt with ease. The remaining uncut layers can be used as intended or even as an underlayer, if desired. Again, with the exception of the waistband, I am very pleased with the price and quality. Packaging and delivery were excellent as well. Note that you MAY have to iron it a bit; at the very least, hang it for awhile before you plan to wear it

Why did you pick this product vs others?: It really does not have a long train as seen in the pictures, it would have been lovely it did but this is a cute tukle skirt that you can tie to add more to your outfit of choice.

The advertisement shows purple full skirt. What was received is a pink skirt with one layer of purple raunched in front to create split. Horrible!! Even they don't want it back. I am waiting to see if the next one they are replacing it with is better but I highly doubt it. Little big, but fits me just is poor quality and nothing like photo.

The quality is wonderful for the price. The fabric is smooth & silky. It fit perfectly & arrived quickly. MY ONLY COMPLAINT: It's not 'poofy' at all. It's more sleek/flat/flowy. I removed one star for that only because that's the main reason I bought it; the dramatic volume in the pictures. I still love it, but I'm going to have to sew more layers onto the underside to get the effect I want. Still, I recommend it!

I wanted a full poofy tulle for my costume but this was very thin and flat. Length was too long for me. I am 5’0” and would have kept it if it had more volume to it. I would not recommment if that is the look you want to go for. Think it’s a bit over priced for what it is because I bought a tulle roll that’s is about half the price to do diy tulle skirt that has more volume to it.

I put stick- on velcro on it so it goes on and off and i dont have to have a bow. It makes my dress more fabulous. the train is long so you have to be careful to only walk forwards in it or pull it up but it's fantastic and dramatic and great for the price.
