A: This Vitamin K1 is sourced from Natural Algae and the Vegetable Oil it is mixed with is Safflower Oil.

**Q: Can this be used topically?**
A: It actually states in the information that it may be used topically. I very bruise easily and have used Vitamin K oil for years and it works great. FYI I started using a pharmaceutical grade Vitamin K oil I bought from a professional beauty supply but they no longer carry it. I have tried Vit K creams but not as good. Im going to try this to see if it helps, I'll post a review after trying it.
