My husband used this product and said it was not painful at all. I got a kick out of watching him try it. He said that it was very easy and would recommend it to others. He had to do it twice in each nostril because it didn’t get all the hair the first time he tried. I was hesitant for him to do it more than once since I know how rough waxing can be on the skin. However, he said it didn’t feel any different the second time around. And there was no bleeding or redness that I could tell after the second try .

There's no way to sugar coat it -- if you are someone with very hairy nostrils, this is going to hurt worse than child birth (probably) the first time you do it. Totally worth it however to finally have a clear snout. No more spiders legs dangling down, no more persistent pulling at rogue hairs and a clearer feeling nose. My hairs grew back within a month but the second time was not quite as painful. Good value - you get 40 plugs, so 20 sessions altogether. The instructions say to put the tub of plastic resin in the microwave for up to 10 minutes, which seems like a fantastically bad idea. I melted mine by slowly boiling it in a pan of water.

I bought this for my bf for Christmas. He decided he wanted to try new years eve. I don't remember how long they microwaved for. I know it says to keepit in the nose 1-2mins. First the guys did it, it was so fascinating to see how much hairs came out. So my sis did it too. If you have never dealt with wax before then it's best to read the directions. Now my sister bf wants it for his birthday. He says it way better then trimming. Cause with waxing you do it that one time and it takes a lil while for the hairs to grow back.

Everyone who’s been gatekeeping nose waxing with their videos about how painful it is, you all suck! It’s just a tugging feeling, not a tweezer pain, so it was all good. I can finally breathe without tickling my nose from the hairs!! You gotta grab tight onto the stick and your nose when you pull though, I mean EXTRA tight! Left a few tiny hairs so only 4 stars, but it definitely works!!!👍

Used the product by the instructions, and it worked! The wax was a little hard in certain places but heating in a microwave that makes sense. I put my microwave on 50% power and heated for 9 minutes. It melted plenty of wax to use for 2 nostrils. I feel so much better now that all the hair is out.

First of all, there are no instructions so make sure you come back here to look at the instructions on Amazon. It says here to heat the stuff for 8-9 minutes. After five minutes, I went to check on it, and the thing was so hot that I almost dropped it and then burned my hand with splashing hot wax. That was not fun. I would say if you get it, heat it for much much less than the directions specify. I did try again later after I had to take care of my burns and heated for about 3.5 minutes. It worked OK but the whole experience of gettin burned etc I’m not using it again. I threw it in the trash. I gave it three stars, because technically it does work.

This hurts like you wouldn't believe. Not only are you yanking LOTS of very rooted hairs from very sensitive areas, but it held my skin, too: especially in my ears. I would strongly recommend not going aggressively with your first plugs. If you really jam them in there, they'll hold so many hairs, you will genuinely risk ripping flesh pulling all those roots at the same time. If you want to wax your ears and nostrils, this kit will work. Take your time to learn how to do it without risking ripping your nose or ears off.

Bought this as my nose trimmer just seemed to be making the hairs grow back faster. I was a little nervous I was going to do it wrong and get my nose stuck shut but it was super quick, convenient, didn’t hurt, and the results are far superior to the trimmer.

I saw this kit and thought if it can work like it says, then maybe tweezing nose hairs is a thing of the past. I used this a few days after receiving it. The instructions were good, laid out in a nice step by step outline. It was fairly easy to prepare for use though I did find the wax took longer than mentioned to melt using the hot water method. Not sure I will use that method again and defer to the microwave to melt it. I was concerned about the heat of the wax being uncomfortably warm or hot. But it seems the time it takes to coat the sticks allows the wax to cool slightly. Inserting the sticks was a strange sensation, but being the first time I wasn’t certain what to expect. Removal was interesting to say the least. I was prepared for discomfort (remember, I have tweezed nose hairs for years), but this was shocking for the first few seconds! The made my eyes water kind of pain. Because it was advertised as being painless I was ready for some discomfort, but not what happened. But it’s not something that will deter me from using it again. I did find that I will need to change up how I squeeze my nostrils onto the wax though as the upper inside corner of each nostril still had some hairs remaining, but this was a failure of my technique. The majority of the nostrils were cleaned up nicely of the various sizes of hairs. Now to see how long this treatment lasts .
