Great spice for dehydrating apples, pineapples or whatever! Perfect heat!
Sprinkled this on slices of pineapple and then Dehydrated 24 hours! Nice and spicy!

Best spicy seasoning I've ever had
I bought one of these at my local Kroger store and was so delighted by it's flavor I wanted more. Now I use it for anything that should have seasoning on it, I use it instead of salt. I had radiation that wiped out my salivary glands a few years ago and I hadn't been able to eat very spicy foods since then, but this habanero tajin provide a full mouth flavorful heat that is very tasty and pleasant, it doesn't overwhelm the taste buds like so many of the other hot peppers do. I've only been able to find it in the 1.3 oz so I bought the 24 pack through Amazon and with free Prime shipping, it's cheaper than the store by $.50 a bottle. Before this product I didn't think I'd be able to enjoy the heat of a pepper as most of them blow my taste buds up.

This one has some heat!
Don't get me wrong, I love original Tajin! But original doesn't actually have any heat to it! That being said, if you are looking for some heat, and like the taste of original, I recommend you try this flavor. It is definitly NOT as hot as what I would have expected since it's called Habenero. In regard to original Tajin, well, it started as an occasional thing but now I can't live without it, and use it on quite a bit (But I favor habenero flavor for a more salsa-like spicy kick). I will let ya in on a little secret. If you wanna know the best use for Tajin original (other than for spicy mango margaritas and rimming their glasses), it is for on baked fish! I also sometimes throw it in with chili powder and rub it half and half on raw fish (with avacado oil or olive oil) before baking it in oven (skin side down on foil) at 400 F for 12 or so minutes/until fish will flake. Then sprinkle lightly with salt when done and add good cracked pepper. Best salmon, crappy, walleye etc ever. And you don't even need a lemon wedge!
