## Description

desertcart.com: Yoga Blocks by WRISTBuddy Patented 45° Angle Eases the Wrists 2 Pack EVA | 60% Less Wrist Pressure to Ease Discomfort — US-Patented Hand-Shaped Design for Yoga, Pilates, Push-Ups, Planks & Handstands : Sports & Outdoors

## Features

- REDUCE PRESSURE, BUILD STRENGTH: Flat yoga blocks bend your wrist 90 degrees. WRISTBuddy's hand-shaped design corrects that to a stronger 45-degree angle, decreasing wrist pressure by up to 60% to ease pain.
- HAND-SHAPED FOR A NATURAL GRIP: A contoured, left- and right-hand design narrows your grip span by 25% compared to standard blocks, so your fingers close naturally for a stronger grip and steadier hold in every pose.
- GRIP THAT HOLDS WHEN YOU SWEAT: High-density, textured EVA foam keeps your palms locked in place through hot yoga or any high-intensity session, so you stay stable and confident in every pose.
- DOCTOR-DESIGNED, TEACHER-TRUSTED: Created by Dr. John Kibby, drawing on 30 years in sports performance and rehabilitation, WRISTBuddy delivers doctor-designed wrist support that builds grip, strength, and confidence.
- MORE THAN A YOGA BLOCK: Built for stretching, mobility work, and home workout use, not just studio sessions. Each order includes a dedicated left-hand and right-hand EVA foam block, clearly marked, built to last.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: Will these help with wrist discomfort during yoga or push-ups?**
A: Yes. WRISTBuddy moves your wrist to a natural 45° angle, shifting tension away from the joint and into the palm, where your body is strongest.

**Q: How are these different from regular yoga blocks?**
A: Flat blocks force your wrists into extreme, compressed angles. WRISTBuddy’s patented, hand-shaped contour restores a natural wrist position.

**Q: Is there a learning curve?**
A: Minimal. The contours are shaped to fit your hand, so the supported position feels natural from the first use.

**Q: Are they just for injury recovery?**
A: Quite the opposite. WRISTBuddy is used by beginners and advanced practitioners alike. Anyone who wants to train smarter.

**Q: Are they firm enough for full body weight?**
A: Yes. The high-density foam provides a firm base that stays stable under pressure.
