Rocket Dog Women’s Jolissa Plush Foam Comfort Sneaker

These are super comfy. They do seem a little when barefoot ( my favorite way in the summer) but should be fine with some socks or heel grips. A little more slippery than what I expected so I'll need to rough up the souls a bit before wearing. They're really well made with quality materials. I'd say they're true to size. I think they cuter in person than pictured. A great buy, get them!!!

Not only are the issues so adorable, but they are extremely comfortable. Easy to slide on. Easy to take off. I love them because they look different and they are also in style. I can wear them with anything, almost like the old white canvas shoes but with an updated modern look.

I have worn this brand shoe 30+ years. I like the variety of colors and styles and they always hold up with heavy use. 20+ years ago these had Velcro straps versus belt/buckle like these have. I prefer these with the buckle style because the past Velcro seemed to wear down faster with daily wear over years with the straps over time separating from the Velcro with the adhesive. The buckles are real/functional to adjust tightness and have a stretch to the fabric the that connects to allow for getting shoe on/off easily. These also have improved foam insoles for comfort. I have had foot injury x 2 and have arthritis, plantar fasciitis and some metal imbedded in my foot that they couldn't remove without digging into bones of my foot and no issues. I also like the design with the entire shoe being black (sole, Hardware on buckles). There is the white brand logo where the laces are and it looks nice. They are also a deep black on shoe, hardware. No faded look which seems to be trendy but I am not a fan of with black material. Only issue for me was size which is why I gave 4 versus 5 stars. I ordered my standard 8.5 and they were so big they slipped off my heels when walking. I ordered a half size down and they were perfect. There has been no rubbing or pinching. As always, no issues with return so no real inconvenience. These are normally true to size though. I'd definitely recommend.

Based on reviews before purchasing and people were saying these ran "really large" I ordered a half size smaller (6.5) They fit, but were not comfortable because they were too small all over and you could feel the lettering below the ball of my foot, which was not comfortable to walk in on hard floors. Maybe with barefeet, they would've been a better fit, but I knew my normal size 7 would be better, so I exchanged them. The size 7 fits perfectly. These are TRUE TO SIZE and so NOT run large. People who say they run really large, must have narrow feet or aren't used to a wider toe box maybe. I have a wider foot and these fit well for a medium to wide foot. The length and width are true to size for me as well. They are slide-ons, but you can set the buckles a little tighter if necessary. If you have a narrow foot, then maybe you could order half size smaller, but I would just wear a thicker sock if needed. I am very happy with the size 7. They are comfortable. They aren't cushy, they are similar to the feel of converse sneakers (but wider toe), which I usually wear. It's nice to be able to switch it up a bit and wear these Rocket Dogs. So cute. I will probably order another pair in a different color.

I got these in black, size 8.5, which is my usual size for this type of shoe (by that i just mean "tennis" shoes). One of my feet is bigger than the other - or more like it's wider i guess (i think i have what's called a "bunion" on that foot). So the fact that these shoes are wider made me excited. These shoes were too big though, and they're very stiff, with little to no cushioning or support. I honestly don't mind that (lol maybe that's how i ended up with a "bunion"), but even just to try on they were a total pain! Unless you want to be undoing and redoing those buckles every time you put on and take off these shoes, you'll probably have to resort wearing them like slip-ons, which doesn't seem to be what they're designed for. Or at least that's what it seemed like to me. They were difficult to slip on even though they were too big for my feet (my heels kept slipping out once they were on). The foot with the bunion liked the extra room for sure, but even that shoe fit too loosely. I think they look really cute in some of the review pictures, but they looked like clown shoes on me! i guess my feet are just too big to look cute in these.

Hottest sneakers ever!! Comfortable, chic, and great with anything you choose to wear. I love Rocket Dog shoes. This brings my total to 6!!

These sneakers are a replacement for my old ones after 11 years of service ! Further, I’m sure with the comfortable design of these buckle style straps, this new look sneaker will also stand up to daily wear and dog walks. The foot bed in this new design is extremely comfortable and the whole shoe is lightweight and comfortable from word go. They fit perfectly with no rubbing, back to a plimsoll type style, lower cut at the ankle… not for everyone but I find it comfy. Great colour too, more dark grey than black… very pleased with this purchase.. very happy with this make. Good value for money.

These were not as good quality as I usually expect from Rocket Dog (I am a repeat customer).The straps weren't attached as securely as they should have been and I had to reattach one and reinforce the others. The shoes look nice but the buckles are a little fiddly also. Velcro might have been a better choice!

Perfect size! I am a size 5 in shoes/boots normally, and have a size 5 in rocket dog trainers; these fit better at 4.5!
