This is our favorite electrolyte drink mix! It dissolves easily and quickly, and has a decent flavor. It keeps all of our electrolytes in balance just the way we need them, we are on a low-carb diet, and this works perfectly for us.

The flavor is a mild lemon-lime. It's a decent flavor, and the only reason I gave a 4 instead of a 5 is that it's not like this is some delicious taste where you take a sip and want to make a pitcher of it to sip all day long. I also wanted a products that did not have a lot of red or blue dye that seems to leave a tiny on the enamel of my teeth. Here's why we bought this product: When a doctor said we were drinking such excessive amounts of water (hey, we're thirsty in hot weather) that we were washing out all the necessary electrolytes from our bodies, we tried this powder as an alternative to buying Pedialyte or sports drinks that might be high in calories. I am not a medical person and I am not saying that this powder is a substitute for Pedialyte (which I know works), but for adults that need some easy electrolytes, try this. For traveling, you will need to scoop some into a seal-able plastic bag and take the product's little plastic scooper with you for measuring.

Low carb, tastes like fake lemonade, but I drink it and stay hydrated when I don't with just water.

Unfortunately the taste of this one is terrible. It makes me sick to my stomach. I have ordered the raspberry lemonade previously, which is decent, but decided to try a new flavor. I’m sorry I did. This stuff is quite pricey and I don’t see how I can stomach the lemon lime. 🤮🤢

I bought and compared four different electrolyte powders. They were Ultima Replenisher Grape, Keppi Keto Lemon Lime Splash, Key Nutrients Recovery Plus and LMNT Key Hot Chocolate. My goals were - not too much salt (that I can add cheaply to my diet), enough potassium (I suffer the dreaded Keto Calf Cramps in a hard swimming work out), dissolve well and stay dissolved, and taste okay. Stretch goal: Individual affordable packets, because I travel a LOT. My test included aerating for 30 seconds the powder in 500ml (I know they want more, but seriously, who drinks a half-litre first thing in the morning) and the letting it sit for a minute (because, cats and S.O. dontchaknow.) The second photo is precipitate after a minute. No other electrolyte did worse. Check my other reviews for photos of the others; this was disastrous. Keppi Keto fell down. It actually tastes pretty bad. And the precipitate is pretty amazing. I got the tub, but it is available in packets at a decent price, but if I can't convince myself to drink it, what good is that?

Electrolytes are important but I didn't realize not having enough impacts urination frequency, urine concentration and waking up at night to 'pee'. I heard a blurb about this so decided to try buying from Amazon since it's a known and reliable company for me. Within a few days, I noticed that my urine was not as 'yellow' (concentrated), I didn't have to desperately look for toilet locations when out, and I slept through the night within a week! This is the beginning of a very good supplement for me. I even looked forward to drinking the lemon flavor, and look forward to my second purchase (lime-lemon). I found that 1/2 scoop suits me better in terms of flavor and drinkability. Another plus is that the jar that the powder comes in can be repurposed to hold other things once the label is peeled off. This is good since jars with product info is unsightly when reused.
