Do you really only use 3 Teaspoons? Most cappuccinos say to use 3 Tablespoons.

3 teaspoons per 8 ounces is more than enuf. we make 24ounce mugs with 7 teaspoons. Perfect.

Do any of Caffe D'Vita cappuccinos come with caffeine?

Caffe D'Vita Cappuccino White Chocolate Raspberry. It is 99% caffeine free, delicately flavored and definitely not a sugar bomb. It has 7g of Sugars per 3 tsp serving. Caffe D'Vita Sugar Free Cappuccino Mocha. The can does not list any caffeine (it is suggested to "add a heaping spoonful to your coffee for a sensational coffee treat". It has 0g of sugars (this is the sugar free, it is sweetened with Splenda).

Can't tell you all the ingredients but it's very sweet. I won't be ordering it again.

Can this mix just be added to hot milk

The directions for Hot Cappuccino say to add with hot (not boiling) water. The directions for Blended Iced Cappuccino say to combine with water or milk and ice cubes into a blender. This mixes just fine with hot water. I drink mine hot but always add a splash of Heavy Cream or Half N Half as an add-in for extra creaminess.
