Nice.
The product is good. Only issue we faced initially was lump formation then we got used to how to beat it. We have tried adding in pancakes, make omelletes.

Excellent product!
I use the egg white powder to make high protein, egg white bread. (Recipe online for ‘PSMF bread’.) It is a staple in my home.

Convenient but Barely edible
It's convenient because you can store it easily and you can replace this for eggs in most recipes but it brings with it a very distinct horrible aftertaste and smell. I wish it didn't smell or taste this bad because it really is quite convenient.

Quality is good and easy to make
It's good for restaurants/ bars where we can't use unpasteurized eggs. This powder is super easy to use in cocktails/mocktails.
