Excellent biltong!! SO GOOD!!!
WOW; this biltong is EXCEPTIONAL. I have been on a hunt to find quality biltong after a local place I used to go to that made fresh biltong closed in 2020. It is perfectly seasoned (not overly seasoned like a lot of the options on the market) and very authentic. SO GOOD! Will order again!!!

Delish, if a bit more wet than I am used to.
The biltong was delicious, but I must admit I was worried. Left at room temp, the vacuum packs looked way too oily. I refrigerated them, and once opened, let them come up in temperature a bit and dabbed off the liquefied fat with paper towels. Once done, it looked much more appetizing and, man, it really is good.

Too chewy
Tasty, but had to be sliced paper thin to be edible. I bragged this up to some friends. When it arrived I started slicing off pieces maybe just over 1/8th of an inch thick. It felt like chewing on leather. Nobody was impressed. Nobody. I've had other brands and even biltong made by friends from SA. This wasn't great.

Best Biltong I have tried to date
Out of all the biltong I have ordered and bought at the stores this is absolutely the best I have tried so far I would highly recommend it to anyone. I got my first order in yesterday and will be on my order list from now on
