Yamaha YDP103 Arius Series Piano with Bench, Black Walnut

I love this piano. I love the sound of it (like a grand piano), the feel and weight of the keys, and the fact that it is very affordable and doesn't require upkeep (tuning) like a regular piano. I can move it easily from one room to another. It is truly a quality instrument. The color of the rosewood is dark and looks classical and tasteful. I would definitely recommend this piano and am so happy that I finally purchased it. It came quickly from Amazon (in just days--as opposed to other stores that would have had me waiting for 4-6 weeks).

We love this thing! It has a great tone, it’s easy for my children to operate (we have a first time pianist in our home), and it’s aesthetically pleasing. It doesn’t have a ton of features that we’ll never use, and it has great and varied recorded pieces in addition to the many instrument voices it can simulate. I especially appreciate that it closes similarly to a traditional piano and came with a bench. It will serve us well.

This is the best value digital piano you can buy in the market that has the very good quality and price. The enture package can be handled by a single man, particularly the piano main part is not very heavy. So overall the assembly is easy and straightforward. Sound quality is very good, the wood frame is very solod and sturdy.

I am in love!!! I currently have this in my dining area. I went from not playing the piano for years and years to playing multiple times a day. I love the sound quality, the feel of the keys, basically everything. Very easy to assemble and not a scratch on it when it arrived. Thanks, Yamaha, for such an outstanding product!!

Purchased for our son who is a beginner in piano. Arrived quickly and well packaged, easy to assemble, sound quality is beautiful and is low profile. The only thing I would change is the piano stool that comes with it is solid, it needs to be one with storage space under the seat for music storage. Otherwise, this is a lovely instrument.

I'd like to give it a 5 star but the upper keys don't sound very good. At least for me. But for a beginner it's great. The assembly was a little harder than it should be (according to my daughter). I think it sounds very nice for the most part. Has a lot of features that I've played with but haven't used yet. I am not a pianist. I am not unhappy.

I love this piano!! I debated whether to buy this entry-level model or some of the more high-end (and expensive) models in the Yamaha line, but I'm really happy with this choice. It's a really solid piece of musical furniture, a full keyboard with a great feel, and it has all I need to learn and practice. I plugged it into my Mac, downloaded the MIDI drivers from Yamaha, fired up GarageBand, and now I'm truly enjoying working my way through lessons. The interactive feedback of the MIDI interface is really helpful. Finding my favorite piano pieces in keystroke notation on YouTube has added a whole new level of playing in just a few days. For anyone who's new to piano or - like me - returning after many years, this is a great choice. (Tip - I watched a YouTube video on setting up a Yamaha YDP piano, which made it easy to do. There are instructions on the box, but there's nothing like a piano professional walking you through the steps. Probably took about 10 minutes to set up, max).

Sound quality is excellent. You have different piano settings, so having the grand piano setting is a plus. The sustain pedal when playing is awesome. So much better than the cheaper end digital piano. You can lay the music stand down when not in use. It was packed very well. I was a little worried when I saw the condition of the box-- nothing was cracked, scratched or gouged. I'm 50 and was able to put this together myself.

El producto que me enviaron es obviamente usado y lo venden como nuevo, tiene muchos detalles: Piezas sucias, raspadas, el contenido todo desordenado (no como cuando es nuevo y cada cosa está en su caja por dentro). Además que viene muy mal empaquetado. Una parte hasta tenía piedras.
