If you’re not familiar with the Ravensburger brand buy one, they’re the highest quality made puzzle you can find. I have a big pile of puzzles waiting to be built and anytime I grab a Ravensburger puzzle I always see it as a little treat to myself. One thing I love about Ravensburger is how well designed the puzzle images are. They’re not just random images they plop on a puzzle. You can tell that thought and care went into designing the image to be used as a puzzle. I usually find that Ravensburger builds in enough “clues” into the artwork that the puzzle goes together logically and easily without resorting to sorting puzzles by shape and/or what I call the hunt and peck method, neither of which I enjoy doing, This puzzle went together easily except for the water. The water was a pain, and I did have to sort by shape and hunt and peck. It wasn’t the end of the world, but the water is definitely not intuitive to put together. I’d say it’s a medium difficulty puzzle. There are several different Ravensburger puzzles in this same artwork style. There are two outdoor scenes with a rock climber and another with a camping/fishing scene that I’ve done previously. I remember enjoying those more since they went together easier than dealing with the water in this image.

If you like a tough challenge, this is a good one. If you're looking for something that doesn't fry the eyes and brain, maybe keep looking. The many similar looking water pieces and the sky were challenges in general, there are many small things that are hard to see on the pieces. The kayak will be done first.

This puzzle, while it looks difficult (and is difficult) is perfect for a good distraction away from screens. It is well built and the pieces go together smoothly. I pick this brand of puzzles due to their quality pieces and will continue choosing these puzzles into the future. If you’re looking for a puzzle to work your creativity, this is the one for you!

Typical excllnt Ravensberger quality. We have done many Ravensberger puzzles and this is the ony one that was missing a single piece. Just a bit disappointing. We are 4 days past the return window.

I really liked this puzzle but it was missing a piece which is a huge pet peeve of mine. I expected better from ravensburger.
