This wreath arrived very quickly and was packaged well! When I pulled the wreath out of the box I just needed to fluff the back branches as they were flattened, no biggie. The wreath was as described, I really like the wreath!! However, when we placed the 3 AA batteries (not included) in the battery box hanging from the back of the wreath, the LED lights never illuminated. I am disappointed because now that it is December 1st, getting a replacement will take quite awhile.

I have this hanging on my front door, and each time I see it, I'm delighted with how gorgeous this wreath is. The timer works perfectly. I LOVE this wreath!!! When I first took it out of the box, i fluffed it out to spread out the leaves, and greenery, etc. It was worth the effort. It is a lush and elegant wreath, one of the prettiest I've ever seen. I highly recommend this beautiful wreath.

This wreath DOES NOT fluff out. The needles are glued and will not separate. The base is about 10 inches and the wreath with "branch sections pulled out is about 15 inches. This IS NOT a 20 inch wreath.

The lights went out quickly and even with fluffing it looked cheap and unappealing on our door. Wasted money

This is ok. It was smaller than I expected. I am not in love with it but it is cute.

Well, there were pieces all in the box from coming off the wreath and I put brand new batteries in it and the lights don't work. It's too close to christmas to send it back for another one.

I am very pleased with the quality and beauty of this wreath. It is exactly like the photo. The lights work perfect, and are lasting a long time. I would recommend it!

The battery box is completely disconnected from the wreath wiring... I would like a refund
